One of those reasons that I love stamp collecting is the fact that it teaches me historical and geographical tidbits time and again. When I started working up with the stamps and history Malayan peninsula way back in late April, little did I know that I'd be spending the following month digging in deeper and deeper with the topic. Lately I've been doing some Singapore stamps, and the various reprints of it's definitive series have caught my radar.
