Swiss T-cancels stand for postage due

In continuance of my explaration with Swiss stamps, I’ll be showcasing Swiss stamps with T-cancel. The T-cancel was primaraly used to collect postage due on covers, cards and other postal items. However, like always there is an interesting philatelic story with twists.

1945 China postage due stamp with double perf

Here’s an interesting finding I discovered lately from a mixed (very low price) worldwide lot: a chinese 1945 postage due (porto) stamp with a double perforation.  Usually I don’t pick up mint stamps, but this really caught my eye.
