1945 China postage due stamp with double perf

Here’s an interesting finding I discovered lately from a mixed (very low price) worldwide lot: a chinese 1945 postage due (porto) stamp with a double perforation.  Usually I don’t pick up mint stamps, but this really caught my eye.

This stamp was printed by Central Trust, Chungking using offset process in rose color.  Full set contains six different values.
