Winter holiday feelings
As some know I’ve been having my winter holidays this week. Although things didn’t go quite as planned (I got some heat/fever for few days), I still did have a quite enjoyable week with my family and some stamps.
Here’s my youngest kid playing with her own stock book and some stamps. Though the stock book and stamps are of “junk” quality, she’s still having lots of fun putting them down for display. And yes, she does have tiny tweezers of her own.

My youngest kid (soon 3 years) playing with some of her stamps.
And as the weather has been somewhat great, we spent quite a lot of time outdoors:

Snow fun
On a philatelic frontier, I’ve been mainly placing all sorts of loose / unsorted stamps to their places in my stamp collection. I think the first few months of 2010 has been very favorable as my collection has increased with nearly 3,000 worldwide items.
As my collection has increased with such pace, I also was forced to make the first stamp stockbook purchase of this year. I did have a surprisingly hard time finding a proper deal. In the end I bought a box of Lindner’s 16 page “anniversary” stockbooks with total cost of 60€ (of which postage is 10€). It seems more and more dealers are providing only black paged stock books which I find pity for us who prefer to have white pages.
Anway… Back to normal regime next week.

You have beautiful children.
Thanks.
I’ll share this with my wife as well
Hey!
Really nice snaps, here we are closer to the Equator hence we experience extreme cliametic conditions with tempratures touching 48 degrees during peak summer time.
I haven’t seen snow since the time I was born so these snaps are really cooling to the eyes!
I agree with Butch, beautiful toddler. Family picture would be iceing on the cake.
Cheers!
