		<description><![CDATA[Last week I received this cover along with my order from US stamp dealer.  It&#8217;s nice that he used real stamps for the postage, but sadly the postmaster had an artistic moment with blue ink pen.

Besides the US lighthouses stamp issue, the cover has several stamps from the 1974 set to commemorate UPU centenary.
