January 2010 incoming mail – Covers from France
And my covers showcase moves on from Canada to France, where I’ve received 3 covers lately.
First a cover with “Le Carré d’Encre” special cancel. If I have understood correctly this is a promotion cancel for new “philatelic concept store” in Paris.

I have to say that each of the stamps designs appeals to me, but especially the Louis Braille stamp is striking with embedded Braille inscription.

The other cover brought a seasons greeting from fellow blogger David. The stamp on the cover is a joint co-issue between Switzerland and France commemorating René de Saint-Marceaux, a french sculptor.

And the final cover was already displayed earlier last week with my stamp exchange “summary” with Jacques-Marie.
