Les timbres des “homeland ” ou “bantustan”

Comme une grande partie du monde se prépare à suivre la Coupe du Monde de football en Afrique du Sud, j’ai décidé de dédié quelques posts aux timbres sud africains et a son histoire postale. Commençons par un voyage avec les timbres des “homeland ” ou “bantustan”. En résumé, le système du bantustan consistait à créer un territoire réservé pour les habitants noirs de l’Afrique du Sud et d’Afrique du Sud Ouest (actuellement la Namibie) dans le cadre de la politique d’apartheid. En Afrique du Sud, les territoires du Transkei, de Bophuthatswana, de Venda et du Ciskei ( les soi disant états TBVC) furent déclarés indépendants à la fin des années 70 et début des années 80.
